  • 2 night minimum on weekends (May 1st-Oct 31st)

  • 2 night minimum on Cottages & Ranch House (year round)

  • 2 night minimum on Cabins and Canvas Tent (May 1st - Oct 31st)

  • 2 night minimum on New Years, Easter and Veterans Day

  • 3 night minimum on Presidents Day & Thanksgiving Holiday Weekends

  • 4 night minimum on Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day

  • Extra Person (18 yrs & up) -- $20 ($22 holiday) + tax Per Person per night.

  • Extra Children (8 - 17 yrs) -- $10 ($12 holiday) + tax Per Person Per Night

  • 4 Legged Children (Dogs) -- $5 Per Day

  • Maximum Adults By Site Occupancy --

    • Site Max Occupancy 6 = 4 Adults

    • Site Max Occupancy 8 = 5 Adults

    • Site Max Occupancy 10 = 6 Adults

  • Additional Picnic Tables -- $15 Each

  • Mobile Fire Pit Rental -- $25 Each

  • Fire Pit Removal -- $50 fine

  • Property Damage -- Your credit card may be charged for any damage done to our property including but not limited to: picnic tables (up to $250); fire pits (up to $150); trees, shrubs and other vegetation; septic spills or other hazardous waste; removal of trash or debris left behind; damage to landscape; damage to buildings; damage to vehicles, etc.

  • Additional RV’s are allowed on the group or mini group sites (only) for a one-time $20 charge per RV.

  • All reservation changes (date, site, etc.) are subject to a $17.10 service charge.

  • Late Check out fee — You may be subject to a $100 fine if your site is not vacated by 12:00pm on the day of your departure.

  • Day Use: Depends on occupancy; Weekday or Winter (non-holiday) - $7.00 per person. Summer Weekends or Holiday - $14.00 per person (2 years and under - free). When park max occupancy is reached day use will be closed. Day Use hours are 8:00am to dusk. Anyone visiting after dusk will be required to pay overnight fees.

  • Complementary 2 Hour Visitor Pass: From Nov 1st - Apr 30th (excluding holidays), a free 2 hour pass can be given to your guests who are here for a quick visit (daylight hours only).

    Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellations received for Tent and RV sites: 8 days or more in advance (your arrival day does not count) of arrival are subject to $25 + tax service charge; 7 days or less results in forfeiture of entire reservation amount + taxes and booking fee.

  • Cancellations received for Cabins or Canvas Tent: 15 days or more in advance (your arrival day does not count) are subject to $25 + tax service charge; 14 days or less result in forfeiture of entire reservation amount + taxes and booking fee. 

  • Cancellations received for Cottages and Ranch House: 30 days or more in advance (your arrival day does not count) are subject to $25 + tax service charge; Received 29 or less results in forfeiture of entire reservation amount + taxes and booking fee.   

  • Reschedule option: There is a one time reschedule option ($15) in lieu of the $25 early cancellation fee. Must be done prior to nonrefundable cancellation date.

  • Cancellations for Mini Group sites received 30 days prior: $50 + tax service charge.

  • Cancellations for Group sites received 30 days prior: $75 + tax service charge.

  • Group cancellations received 29 days or less: Results in forfeiture of entire deposit + taxes and booking fee.   

  • No refunds after check-in.
